Difficult to use, Since the Nordic Ware omelet pan got some negative ratings, I thought I would try this pan. Unfortunately, it has the same problems that plague the Nordic Ware pan:

The metal is very thin. As a result, it is difficult to get even heating so you can burn part of the omelet while other areas are not cooked. It is also essential that you use very low heat.

It was not very expensive, but the company could very well charge more for this high quality product. This was bought for my mom for Christmas and she just loves to use it. The pan is very easy to clean and it also cooks very evenly, without browning your omelet. Very good value for the price. Would definitely recommend this to anyone in the market for an omelet pan.
